Arlington Loews Hotel

HKS Architects and Loews Hotels needed a way to unveil to the public their $550 million hotel and convention center at the Texas Ranger anchored mixed-use entertainment district in Arlington Texas.

The Arlington City Council was asked to facilitate the development project through a public-private partnership between the city of Arlington, the Texas Rangers, Loews Hotels & Co, a wholly owned subsidiary of Loews Corporation, and The Cordish Companies.

How we helped
Our team worked with the HKS design team to create a series of high quality virtual photographs that were used to convey the details of the project to the City Council and communicate the vision to the media. The City Council voted unanimously to support the project financially through a 30 year public private partnership.
