Mary’s Wood in Lake Oswego, is a vibrant, dynamic and supportive senior living community. The 150 year-old organization was founded in 1859 as a school for girls and has since expanded its role to include caring for seniors. With ample acreage, the leaders decided to expand the independent and assisted living components and add a retail component to the campus.

How we helped
Arnold Imaging was asked to assist the marketing team by creating a lifestyle video that showed the new buildings before they were constructed and a web application that could track which units are leased and which are available as well as show the views out the windows of all 250 units. The interactive real estate marketing tools played an instrumental role in helping the leasing team reach their targets so construction could commence.
