ONEC1TY is a vibrant urban community under construction in Nashville, Tennessee that will serve as a center of technology-enabled commercial, residential, research and retail activity. The central organizing concept behind the development caters to the idea that mindful healthy living can be made easy.
The developer, Cambridge, needed a way to convey the lifestyle and quality of life the development would offer when it was fully built out. The design contains sustainable design features abundant green space and a community lawn and encourages walking, biking and enjoyment of the outdoors, music and art.
