The Arnold Imaging team has been helping the Cordish Company unveil and lease their award winning mixed-use developments since 2002. The Power and Light District is a $900 million urban infill development that covers 9 city blocks. Our videos and virtual photographs conveyed the emotions and excitement of the district before a shovel hit the ground and convinced H&R Block to move the global headquarters to the heart of the development. The residents of Jackson County also voted for a 1% sales tax to support the financing of the district and Sprint Arena, the second anchor tenant in the development.
Beginning in 2015, we helped the Cordish Company launch a series of residential towers, One Light, Two Light and Three Light. The buildings house some of the most luxurious apartments in the city and command record breaking rents and 97% leased. We are proud to have helped the Cordish Company successfully bring the Power and Lighting District and the residential towers to the market.
