Avamere Development needed a way to launch and pre-lease two luxury senior living communities before they were built. The communities offered both independent, assisted living and memory care. The company was looking for a turnkey solution that would allow prospects to take a virtual tour of the building amenities and different unit types, search for their ideal unit, and see the view from the windows from each unit in the building.
