The Gateway project is a mixed-use infill project comprised of retail, office, hospitality and residential apartments. The developer needed a way to show how all the different uses would be situated on the site so they could pre-lease and obtain financing commitments for constructing the project.

How we helped
We created a video showing the different components to the development. The video was unveiled at a commercial brokerage event that took place in a movie theater, which allowed a large number of brokers to be taken on a journey, seeing what were available for lease. We also continued to support the developer as they finalized their construction documents and needed updated imagery to continue to market the remaining spaces to the brokerage community.
